QBLink-it stores all the posting data from Encompass in it's own SQL tables before it links it to QuickBooks. 

q 1. To see a list of ALL records, leave all the checkbox's blank and click on the  button.

q 2. To select a list of records for a specific group click on one ore more of the checkbox's and enter the criteria, then click on the  button. 

q 3. To resort the displayed list, just click on any Column Header.

q 4. Once a list is displayed click on the  button for a hard copy.

q 5. To remove records from the databse, select one or more of the displayed records and click on the  button. Once a record is removed it can not be recovered, so be careful which records you choose during this process.

q 6. To select specific records select one or more of the checkboxes and then enter detail criteria.
