QBLink-it is an easy to use link between Encompass and QuickBooks.
QBLink-it allows you to setup your own General Journal, Bill. Invoice or Deposit Templates. The Templates are used to map Encompass data to the QBLink-it SQL database. QBLink-it Events link a set of Account Templates and Encompass Loan files together for Posting into QuickBooks.
QBLink-it allows the you to Manual Posting to QuickBooks. You can select preset Events or use Encompass Folder, Milestones or Criteria to select the loan files, then select General Journal, Bill, Invoice or Deposit Templates. QBLink-it also allows you to select Automated Posting using the built in internal timer.
Encompass data is stored in the QBLink-it SQL database before posting it to QuickBooks. This data can be accessed from the Reports tab and gives you a great way to do a check and balance against your QuickBooks data. This easy to use reporting window allows you to select criteria to display and print any information stored in the QBLink-it SQL database.
When you open QBLink-it you will see 10 Tabs across the top of the Window. The 3 tabs, Manual Posting, Reports and Automated Posting are used daily. The General Journals, Bills, Invoices and Deposits have a Template and Event tab used to select Encompass Loan files and Fields to the associated QuickBooks fields. The Login & Setting tab is use to set up miscellaneous QBLink-it items. The About Tab displays our Contact and Program Information.
QBLink-it comes with the General Journal Transaction Posting to QuickBooks. If you would like to order additional Transaction Type options please contact us. The options are: 1) Bills; 2) Invoices (including Credit Card data) and 3) Deposits. The options can be purchased and added at anytime and will not affect any existing data in the QBLink-it database.
