q 2. Add the Name and Address for the "Bill To". The "Customer" field is not the same as the Bill To but you can use the same Encompass field ID if you choose.

q 3. Enter the Type of Service performed and the Amount Encompass Field ID's. The Service field is not a standard Encompass field so you will need to use a custom field.

q 4. Enter the "Customer Memo" and "Memo" fields. The "Customer Memo" prints inside the Invoice and the "Memo" field only display on the Invoice window in QuickBooks. The Customer Memo and Memo fields are not a standard Encompass field so you will need to use a custom field.

q 5. Enter a Payment Method. The choices are: Cash, Check, American Express, Discover, Master Card or Visa. The Payment Method field is not a standard Encompass field so you will need to use a custom field.

q 6. Enter the Credit Card Encompass Field ID's. The Credit Card fields are not a standard Encompass field so you will need to use a custom field.
