Automated Posting allows you to select one or more
Events to be run on a scheduled basis. Once you set the timer and click on the
button, leave the
QBLink-it running in the background but clicking on the
button in
the upper right corner of the window to minimize it to the task bar.

1. Click on the
button to add one or
more Events to the Event List.

2. To move an Event Up or Down on the Event list, select one of the
Events and then click on either the
or
button.
q
3. To remove an Event from the Event list, select the Event and then
click on the
button.

4. After clicking on the
button, select one or
more of the Events and then click on the
button.

5. To set the timer click on the
button.
q 6. There are a couple of options for automating the Posting process. The first option is to Post every x amount of hours and or minutes. The second option allows you to select a specific time of the day to run the Post.

7. Option 1 - Set the Interval by entering the number of hours and/or
minutes between the posting Events and click on the
button. Then click on
the
button.
q
8. Option 2 - To Post once a day, enter the Starting Date and
starting time, then check the Use Timer checkbox and click on the
button. Click on the
button to start the
timer.
q 9. If there are a large number of Loan Files in the selected folders(s) it will take a long time to run the post. In order to speed up this process, enter the Last Date Modified Date and Time and then Check the "Get file if loan last modified date/time is greater than" checkbox after you have run the automated posting one time.

10. To stop the automated posting, click on the
button.

11. After each Post, a log will be displayed in the "New Event Schedule"
box. To clear the Log click on the
button.
